  • Expert Oracle E-Business Suite functional consultant for Finance and Procurement;
  • Senior Oracle E-Business Suite functional consultant for Finance and Procurement;
  • Expert / Senior Oracle E-Business Suite functional consultant for Projects;
  • Expert / Senior Oracle E-Business Suite functional consultant for HR.

    The Ideal Candidate

    Expert Oracle E-Business Suite functional consultant for Finance and Procurement :

  • At least ten years of experience in implementing or supporting Oracle E-business Suite (EBS) r11 or higher.
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Prime focus on customer and end user satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in English speaking and writing. French speaking skills are an advantage.
  • Experience in all stages of an IT implementation project : Business and Technical Analysis, Design, Build, Testing, Support.
  • Minimum of 6 years of extensive business process and functional knowledge of Oracle EBS modules in the area of Finance (General Ledger, Payables, Receivables, Assets, Cash Management, Inventory, iExpense) and in the area of Procurement (Purchasing, Inventory, Advanced Procurement / Contracts, isupplier Portal, Sourcing).
  • Extensive experience with the use of Encumbrance Accounting in Oracle EBS.
  • Thorough understanding of the underlying Oracle E-Business Suite data model with its tables and database packages.
  • Ability to analyse and review business procedures and change requests, and recommend and implement changes to the business processes and functional system setup.
  • Advanced knowledge of SQL, PL / SQL for troubleshooting needs and to address reporting requirements.
  • Experience with reporting tools such as OLAP or Business Intelligence tools. (Experience with Oracle Business Intellingen Entreprise Edition is a plus).
  • Development experience with technologies such as Oracle Forms or Reports is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Senior Oracle E-Business Suite functional consultant for Finance and Procurement :

  • At least five years of experience in implementing or supporting Oracle E-business Suite (EBS) r11 or higher.
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Prime focus on customer and end user satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in English speaking and writing. French speaking skills are an advantage.
  • Extensive knowledge of Oracle EBS modules in the area of General Ledger, Payables, Receivables, Assets, Cash Management, Inventory, iExpense) and in the area of Procurement (Purchasing, Inventory, Advanced Procurement / Contracts, isupplier Portal, Sourcing).

  • At least ten (Senior : five) years experience in implementing or supporting Oracle E-business Suite (EBS) r11 or higher.
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.

  • Proficiency in English speaking and writing. French speaking skills are an advantage.
  • Experience in all stages of an IT implementation project : Business and Technical Analysis, Design, Build, Testing, Support.

  • Knowledge of SQL, PL / SQL for troubleshooting needs and to address reporting requirements.

  • Expert / Senior Oracle E-Business Suite functional consultant for HR :

  • At least ten (Senior : five) years of experience in implementing or supporting Oracle E-business Suite (EBS) r11 or higher.
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Prime focus on customer and end user satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in English speaking and writing. French speaking skills are an advantage.
  • Minimum of 6 years of extensive knowledge of Oracle EBS modules in the area of Human Resources (Self-Service HR, Oracle Payroll, Time and Labor, Learning management, Talent Management, Advanced Benefits, Performance management).
  • Knowledge of Oracle Payroll and how this interface with GL and legacy applications.
  • Experience with Oracle EBS Finance, Projects or Procurement modules is desirable.
  • Understanding of the underlying Oracle E-Business Suite data model with its tables and database packages.
  • Ability to analyze and review incidents and change requests, and recommend and implement changes to the business processes and functional system setup.
  • Knowledge of SQL for troubleshooting and reporting needs is desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
  • All candidates should have a current NATO clearance or the ability to process this clearance, supported by Serco.
