This is the role

As Area Sales Manager you will be responsible for the realisation of the annual sales budget and long term growth, the main focus will be Brussels region, Walloon (big cities) & Luxemburg.

This is to be achieved through project related personal contacts with architects, contractors and distributers.

You approach your area in an entrepreneurial way and divide your time between the defined stakeholders in an efficient way to prescribe ROCKPANEL as much as much as possible and secure the project by following the sales process in a structured and disciplined way with the agreed use of our CRM as the guiding tool.

The main tasks and responsibilities of the Area Sales Manager also include :

  • Position ROCKPANEL at architects as the preferred facade supplier
  • Develop good personal working relationships to secure ROCKPANEL specs and preferences at the distribution channel and contractors
  • Structured project follow up to secure ROCKPANEL specs and influence product choices
  • Make sure to be aware of the compliance regulations, and secure that our project quotations are in line with these regulations
  • Cooperate with your direct and indirect colleagues in a constructive, open and honest way
  • This is what you offer

  • Higher Vocational Education / Bachelor degree
  • 5 years of relevant B2B sales experience (preferably within our industry)
  • Relevant sales experience specific target group architects
  • Pro activity : you have a disciplined and structured way of working
  • Proven track record in a customer facing environment, where you have easily identified the clients’ need and came up with suitable proposals
  • Excellent knowledge of the French, Dutch and English language : both verbal and in writing.
  • Strong communication skills verbal and in writing
  • Project Manager capabilities is a plus
