The Site Team Leader (STL) is responsible and owns the Strategic Site Plan for critical sites in the Netherlands. The STL is a Leadership role in support of the overall Site Account Team.

The STL supports in a manner which ensures the full scope of supply for Emerson Automation Solutions is in play with Site and facilitates profitable growth in business and increase the Emerson’s Installed Base at the Site.

The objective is to position Emerson Automation Solutions and all Platforms as the SOFC-Supplier of First Choice at the Site.

The STL leads the B2B alignment of the Customer Management Team and the Emerson Management Teams, to drive the Key Programs and position Emerson as the enabler of more efficient and effective business results through the collaboration with Emerson.

Maintaining and developing existing customers through high levels of service to expand and strengthen the relationship is what you do best.

By demonstrating a positive and proactive attitude you create strong engagement with the customers, sales force service operation, BU’s, European organization on all initiatives related to establish & grow the Life Cycle Services business YoY.

After a training program, you also will be responsible for the technical and commercial quotations for existing and new customers.

Together with the Account Managers you act as a team to serve our customers in the process industry like Oil & Gas, Power, Chemical and Terminals.

You are able to :

  • Lead and coordinate all the resources to build and implement an effective Site Plan
  • Lead the Site Account Team to develop strategic relationships resulting in strong advocacy by and for the customer
  • Lead the local sales team in applying the strategic site planning process
  • o Organize and facilitate regular team meetings

    o Increase our understanding of the sites business issues

    o Ensures synergy and connectivity with strategic account plan

  • Communicate regularly with the Strategic Account Leader
  • o Be the Voice of the Customer with Account leadership

    o Leverage corporate initiatives and successes at other sites

    o Ensure visibility to local value adding actions and quantified business results

  • Review Site Team progress with ManagementTo qualify, your CV needs to demonstrate :
  • BS in Engineering or Technical Field
  • At least 7 years work experience in sales
  • Leadership, Strategic Site or Account Management experience or related industry marketing experience in the industry of the account.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement Strategic Plans and demonstrate proven business acumen and strong drive for results.
  • Operating Experience with a P&L is a very strong plus. Candidates with a Business Degree and strong proven technical acumen and 10 years of proven Strategic Selling or Site Management experience will also be considered.
