As Account manager you are the trusted advisor for our customers to assist them in their change towards the new workplace.
You are in the driving seat of our Digit'all user offering towards new and existing customers.
Key Responsibilities / Deliverables
Identify new business opportunities and expand the existing customer portfolio through active prospection
Build up and develop a long-term relationship with customers.
Create, write and defend proposals from lead till signing
Act as trusted advisor for the clients and develop value added proposals in line with their needs
Define account strategy and implement action plan
Insure documentation at all level of account follow-up
Prepare your sales forecast and participate to Sales Business Reviews
Mobilize internal resources (cross-BU) around opportunities
Drive (cross-BU) marketing initiatives, with as sole aim to increase our new business potential
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
Proven track selling record in solution sales function for at least 2 years (an IT is a plus).
Objective driven, hunter, excellent communicator on C-level and good relational skills
Able to open doors and to close deals
Understanding business models and the internal processes
Higher education (not necessarily in computer science, finance is a plus)
Fluent in French or / and Dutch (English is a plus)
Commercial writing skills, ability to write offers towards customers
Technical Sales knowledge in one or more domains Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft EMS, Windows 10, SCCM, Citrix, Awingu, Questde
Bachelor in a sales or IT and equal by experience
