Enterprise Solution Architect EMEA - Demand and Fufilment
The Enterprise Solution Architect can lead the delivery of a large and / or complex project or series of projects from the product side.
They will be Highly involved in the definition / scoping of the project, the planning and the execution and will tend Tending to interact with the more senior management in larger organisations with credibility.
They will Understand the business impact and benefit of the implementation program and mentor and guide the SA / BC team to deliver this.
Works with Strategic Services to look at the expected outcomes from any business or project activities, rather than the product level details.
Define and deploy new business processes where necessary that are supported by JDA products, sometimes in conjunction with Strategic Services.
Able to provide a strategic view on implementation activities.
Contributes significantly to sales opportunities.
Clear understanding of the product roadmap and the interaction with other products in the relevant suite.
Very able to contribute to the development of the Services offering in their area of focus
Leads a consulting team on large and / or complex JDA product implementation / upgrade / enhancement projects and programmes, or customer audit projects
Works with all customer business and IT teams during all project phases
Serves as a solution expert and liaison who contributes to key meetings between Programme / Project Managers, key customer contacts and customer users, up to and including key executive project sponsors
Understand how one or more JDA solutions can be configured and delivered to best facilitate customer business processes and takes overall responsibility for all product related aspects of project delivery
Provides leadership / mentorship across immediate JDA team in all regions
Influences adoption of leading / best practices across all roles (and locations) and regions for given customer engagement
Ability to prepare and deliver presentations for user, management, and executive level audiences.
Has knowledge around industry verticals, current challenges present, and understands the sector and customer uniqueness when applying JDA Solutions.
Assists pre-sales in the provision of responses to RFP / RFI / RFQ documents.
Able to contribute to value proposition assessments
Has some knowledge of how to position JDA products across suites to meet overall business requirements?
Assists in the creation of / presents sales material, demonstrations, and case studies.
Recognise and highlight incremental revenue opportunities with existing customers / projects.
Has knowledge of all supporting products and modules to the core product plus understanding of other products in the same product suite
Can discuss the benefits of the various software delivery approaches supported by JDA and the JEM JDA project management methodology.
Can articulate the integration points between all the suite components, applications and modules.
