What is your challenge as a Training Manager?
You will be responsible for maximizing the sales team effectiveness by determining, planning and delivering training needs to the JTI sales team.
You will actively support the Field Sales team to identify and support future talent through their Personal Development Plans.
You will also be responsible for the formalization of the JTI Sales Academy targeting the development of our sales force.
The above objectives will be achieved by grasping the field reality through personal observation, coaching (in agreement with line manager), field visits, field observation, retailer visits and interviews.
Building tangible synergies with HR and the other M&S functions will be a key success factor for this function.

JTI Sales Academy (for JTI staff)
You will lead the development and implementation of JTI Sales Academy with the objective to formalize the training and development of JTI sales force as from their 1st day with JTI
The final objective is to further develop all sales representatives in their current role and our future talents to take over Management functions.

You have a university degree in a business related field
You have a proven Sales and Project Management background, preferably in a FMCG environment. Furthermore, you need to possess successful people management experience and proven leadership skills
Influencing and cooperative agility are your strengths
You have a commercial / business mindset and are a true change agent
You have excellent knowledge of the customary software programs
You have a good knowledge of English, Dutch and French.
