As a Sales Coordinator for the Benelux, Scandinavia, Germany and UK region you are responsible for supporting the Field Sales Manager in coordination of all processes to execute against the brand strategy, plans and drivers and achieving Sales targets and objectives across the region.

  • Proactive coordinate and execute weekly sales reports for the following sales teams : UK / Ireland, Benelux, Scandinavian Countries, Germany and Austria
  • Collect weekly forecast figures from the sales reps and agents : Pre books, Re-orders,
  • Full support of the Sales Team with regards to communication, order intake, correspondence and organization of all external & internal processes
  • Contacts with clients and company sales representatives in order to provide sales service
  • Samples coordination, follow the milestones in the process. Ordering samples per season, setting up showroom and managing the sample sale process
  • Support to bigger accountsFill in of client specific product sheets (EAN, )Sample ordering (clients)PricelistsSell through figures

  • Your profile :

  • First experience in relevant position
  • Good communication skills, eager to take initiative
  • Strong knowledge of Excel
  • Open minded and can work independently
  • Service-, quality-, customer oriented
  • Strong analytical thinking
  • Good spoken and written knowledge of English, Dutch, German, French is a plus
  • Enthusiastic, pro-active person who can handle stress and take initiatives
  • Strong teamwork / team player skills
