In charge of recruitment for all Avantor positions for Europe within budget and quality
Creating strong external candidate pipelines for key positions in the Avantor organization in Europe.
Implement and apply talent acquisition processes, strategies, managing external vendors, networks, employer branding & social media activities
Leads the European TA team and provides day-to-day guidance and supervision to designated recruiting resources; coaches and develops team members;
allocates and manages team workload; educates team on and ensures compliance with Avantor’s recruitment tools, processes, protocols and best practices
Builds strong consultative business relationships with hiring managers, business leaders and HR business partners and manages the team’s recruiting effectiveness within a complex matrix
Bachelor's degree, Masters an advantage
8+ years recruiting experience or equivalent, minimum 3 years in managing a team
Proven ability to lead and develop a geographically spread mid-sized team, in direct and / or matrixed organizations
Has working experience in a similar function within a Corporate organization, preferably in Life Science
Proven ability to utilize advanced sourcing techniques to develop candidate pipelines
In-depth knowledge of recruitment / hiring laws and practices
Proven experience with successful recruitment at senior levels
Established industry network and strong networking abilities in the Europe countries
Highly effective written and verbal communication skills in English necessary, other European languages an asset
LinkedIn Recruiter experience is a must.
Workday experience a plus.
Willingness to travel 10-20% of the time
