    The Company : CLARA Fenster is a Swiss registered recently created start-up of the AGC Group active in the development & commercialization of designed windows ()

    CLARA Fenster is now looking for a BeNeLux Sales & Marketing Manager to develop the local market and to manage all the commercial activities.

    He or she will report to the "CLARA Business Unit General Manager".

    The Role / Job :

    Your responsibilities will include :

  • All marketing and promotion activities of CLARA products
  • Developing commercial relations with customers, architects, dealers to create product awareness; promoting and implement commercial sales campaigns and promotions initiatives
  • The development and implementation of the Sales Plan within the BeNeLux Market
  • The execution of account plans, activities and supply chain to deliver sales ambitions
  • Maintaining an accurate forecasting process to support and predict performance against the business targets
  • Requirements :

  • You have energy and drive to work in an entrepreneurial and flexible environment, typical of a start-up, with a strong experience in Window Makers industry.
  • You have a hands on profile, practical and results oriented, with a B2C customer centric mindset that allows you to ensure an outstanding and continuous experience for our customers.
  • You have a degree either in Engineering, Economics or other relevant studies
  • You have developed a strong understanding of the Window Makers industry
  • You have around 10 years of proven commercial (sales & marketing) successful experience in B2C environment (must have)
  • You are results oriented sales manager
  • Highly motivated, self-directed, you are independent and autonomous; you deliver the targets and are full accountable for the market of your responsibility;
  • you are ready to travel extensively and to manage flexibly your time schedule

  • Strong analytical skills in using data to make sound recommendations and business decisions
  • You have strong communication, presentation, interpersonal skills
  • You want to be part of a new dynamic team that strives to success together
  • You are bilingual Dutch / French and fluent in English
