We are a fast growing company where people are the most valuable asset. To support our continuous growth and reinforce our IT team in Aalst we are looking for a SAP Hybris C4C Functional Analyst.
The main focus of this position is to work closely together with the business process owners of the Frontline Sales Applications (SAP Cloud 4 Customer (CRM), ID Expert, E-
commerce (B2C, B2B, B2B2C)) in use at Ontex to rollout, support, maintain and improve the different solutions according to the business requirements defined and in line with the Ontex strategic plan.
Main responsibilities and key tasks :
Maintain close contact with the business process owners and key stakeholders to understand the business requirements in line with the strategic plan.
Roll-out, enhance and maintain the SAP C4C Cloud Solution used worldwide.
Migrate prospects, customers, contacts, visit reports, opportunities from legacy systems.
Prepare and maintain the different regression test scenarios ensuring a proper impact analysis before each quarterly release.
Assess new functionalities provided with each quarterly release which could be beneficial for Ontex.
Create and edit the different C4C dashboards, analytics and sales related KPI’s embedded in the C4C Cloud application.
Attend bi-weekly incident status meetings with our SAP customer success manager.
Regularly monitor the C4C idea forum and actively submit possible new enhancements to influence the SAP C4C development roadmap in line with the Ontex priorities.
Implement, validate and document the business change request approved by the Change Advisory Board (CAB) related to the C4C application.
Provide key user training via train the trainer concept.
Create and maintain the C4C territory management parameters and realignment runs.
Create and maintain the organizational structure within C4C.
Create and maintain the user profiles and authorizations in line with the SOD matrix.
Set-up new C4C user interface modifications (screen configuration, page layouts, business roles).
Coordinate and monitor the support / maintenance activities and incident management performed by different external partners.
Provide second line and third line support for the Frontline Sales Applications to the business users via the existing helpdesk tool.
Master degree in IT or engineering
3 5 years hands-on experience in frontline Sales Applications (CRM, B2C, B2B)
Knowledge of SAP C4C is a must
Good understanding of the integration aspects with our SAP ECC backend system in the areas of Sales & Distribution modules
Ability to convert business requirements into a technical design
Strong analytical mind and a flexible, pro-active and result driven attitude
Team player with excellent communication skills
Excellent knowledge of English
Willing to travel occasionally
