E-commerce junior key account manager

Full-time JOB PURPOSE

The Ecommerce Junior Key Account Manager, willunlock the growth of selling Unilever consumer products through Pure Players(e.

g., Bol.com, Vente-Exclusive.com, outspot.com, Amazon ) and Out of Home.com(Deliveroo, Ubereats, Take-away.com). He / she will own the growth plan withthese customers and will establish and maintain direct relationships.

Inaddition, he / she will manage ongoing New revenue related projects together withthe international team to ensure the perfect proposition for our clients.

Delivering the online sales targets for PurePlayers and Out of home.com will be your main focus point. In a later stageco-

developing new channels together with the E-commerce manager will alsobecome part of your responsibilities.

This role will report into the BelgianE-commerce Manager.

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE?

  • Youset up a strategy to actively stimulate your accounts and prospects and youtranslate the strategy into feasible operational tactics.
  • Youanalyze partners in terms of development potential, profitability, sales revenuesand you develop and implement the necessary plans of action.
  • Youbuild a sustainable relationship with existing accounts. Answering day to dayclient enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Youwork closely together with internal departments such as supply chain, planning,all marketing teams and finance to ensure a perfect execution of the sales
  • Youanalyze the results of the sales in depth to jointly develop new ways tooptimize the performance of the accounts
  • Yougather cross-functional and cross-country inputs, in order to determinecompany-wide opportunity values.
  • Yousupport the development of e-commerce and omni-channel strategies
  • SKILLS YOU SHOULD HAVE

  • Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills, both face to face and through remotecommunication
  • Proactive,flexible and adaptable to changing situations
  • Hands-onmentality, not afraid to tackle administrative tasks in order to develop youraccounts
  • Ableto work under pressure
  • EXPERIENCE YOU SHOULD HAVE

  • Experiencein account relationship, preferably at pure play side (for example Bol orAmazon)
  • Youhave strong analytical skills with good knowledge of Excel
  • Goodknowledge of English, Dutch and / or French written as well as oral
  • Youare enthusiastic, take initiative and have perseverance
  • Youare a team player with good social and communication skills.
  • Youhave a relevant Master or Bachelor degree (Digital, Economics, Data analytics )
  • Youare hands-on, flexible and you do not have a 9-to-5 mentality.
