Job Description

You will have Management Assistant tasks like travel management. On top of that you organize board meetings for the Managers.

You handle incoming calls and organize various internal and external meetings. You help your partner by submitting new clients, timesheets and expense notes in the system.

You support with the follow-up projects A - Z. You also assist with the preparation of Invoices and the follow-up of collection.

Moreover, you are also open for ad hoc tasks such as translations of documents. The position has a very broad package of tasks.

Client Description

For a Multinational in Zaventem we are looking for a Team Assistant. They are specialized in all kind of insurances. You act as a Management Assistant for the Consultants and Managers.

Your goal is to make the the manager and the consultants life easier.

Candidate Profile

You have by preference 5 - 10 years experience in a similar role. You are fluent in English, Dutch and French. You also have good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages such as Powerpoint, Word and Excel.

Experience in a law firm or financial service industry is a big plus. Experience with a CRM system is also a plus.

Client Offer

You will be offered a Permanent contract with indefinite period in an interesting company. You will get a salary in line with your experiences.
