WHAT YOU'LL DO

Your goal will be to build a strong life insurance business service line within Risk Dynamics encompassing Validation, Model Risk Management and advanced analytics services.
You will independently develop client relationships and provide support to Risk Dynamics and McKinsey leadership in this respect.

You will provide day-to-day operational leadership to a global team of life insurance actuaries together with other project managers responsible for managing life insurance projects and the partner in charge of the insurance service line.
We expect you to formulate clear, logical and succinct written reports and recommendations highlighting areas of concern and possibilities for improvement.
We would like you to lead the development of proprietary analytical tools together with other senior life insurance actuaries.
Your responsibility will be to define, organize and deliver agreed consulting work plans that respond to the client’s identified need and in the same time to ensure output quality, cost control and on-time delivery.
You will be guiding and developing the skills of less experienced colleagues, maintaining an up-to-date and accurate understanding of the regulatory context.
