Specialist in new information technologies and masters the tools at his disposal. If possible, previous experience with deployment of e-
commerce tools, e-Procurement tools or finance tools.

TECHNICAL SKILLS :
Ideally proficiency in the following : HTML, CMS, CSS, API, CSV, XML, WebTools
Proficiency in the use of measurement tools such as Google Analytics.
Good knowledge in the Office Pack (Word, Excel)
Our BeNeLux Procurement organization is looking for a Marketplace & Digital Procurement Manager, based in Brussels, Amsterdam or part-time in Brussels and Paris.
The primary focus of this role will be to manage the entire B2B e-commerce and marketplace activities for Belgium, Netherlands and Luxemburg.
As we are embarking all our suppliers on a single marketplace platform for our hotels (B2B), the person will the key responsible for managing this tool, and will be acting as a project and transformation manager during the project build phase.
E-commerce will weigh significantly in our future Procurement’s turnover, and this is therefore a true strategic role. The candidate must be at the forefront of new marketing techniques as well as new communication technologies.
Additionally, this person will also be actively involved in the digital transformation of our Procurement organization. The role will encompass the design and administration of digital Procurement tools for the Benelux region.
The person may also potentially act as the European lead for the administration of one of our Procurement Digital Tools (e.
g. Northern Europe, Central Europe, Southern Europe).
Although the job will mostly be based in Brussels or Amsterdam, the role reports directly to the Corporate Innovation leader based in our Paris headquarters (collaboration with Local Procurement team, in a matrix organization).
Frequent travels are to be expected (2 days per week in the Benelux region and / or Paris).
MAIN MISSIONS : MARKETPLACE ACTIVITIES :
MARKETPLACE ACTIVITIES :
Ensure the implementation of the e-Commerce and Marketplace activities within the Benelux countries in collaboration with the Corporate Program Management Office and other partners (Software Integrator, Business Consulting firms, etc.).
Ensure the reliability and the evolution of the tools (Mirakl (Marketplace), Akénéo (PIM), Magento (e-Commerce), etc.) in collaboration with the Corporate Shared Services and other partners (Supplier Onboarding, Customer Service, Training Center, etc.).
Ensure the on-boarding and the supervision of the customers and local suppliers.
Follow the budget of the Marketplace activity.
Ensure the implementation of the chosen strategy (commercial, marketing, etc.).
Support the country's marketing teams or the corporate marketing team to develop their communication policy.
Monitor the performance indicators of the chosen strategy.
Monitor the evolution of communication technologies.
Reporting of the activity to internal teams.
DIGITAL PROCUREMENT ACTIVITIES
Lead the digital transformation of our Procurement organization by becoming the main Point of Contact for Process & Tools transformation in the Benelux Region
Be actively involved in the design and administration of the digital Procurement tools implemented in the Benelux region (e.
g. gathering requirements in design phase, training users, prioritizing evolution requests, etc).
Become a potential lead for the administration of one of our Procurement Digital Tool for all European countries (e.g.
Northern Europe, Central Europe and Southern Europe).
Contribute to transversal projects affecting the e-Commerce & MarketPlace activity as a responsible of the Run for its geographies.
Reporting of the activity to internal teams.
Management, organization, planning and control of activities.
Organization and animation of meetings related to the B2B e-Commerce platform or the Digital Procurement Tools
Supervision / Product Owner of the evolutions linked to the Marketplace (excluding the build projects on which you are contributing on the features team).
Control of operating procedures and documents.
Ensuring compliance with procedures and methods of quality assurance (SLA).
Supervision and implementation of operational procedures.
