Poste et missions :
Support operationnal activities linked to the production process of Pilot Line and Pilot Lab (preparation of batch file, weighting, mixing, filling, overpouching, cleaning of equipments (CIP) and rooms, review of batch file ;
Ensure realisation of protocols, trial request, qualifications, validations. Lead studies according to planning and resources.
Respect and apply GDPs, GMPs, SOPs, Specs, housekeeping rules ensuring compliance of the product and associated documentation (Trial Request, logbooks, batch file, event report).
Ensure review of these docs.
Respect and apply EHS procedures and 6S approach.
Ensure writing / review of quality documents (SOP, form)
Communicate actively with the team in case of troubleshooting, suspect result, EHS risk.
Independently select techniques and procedures to solve problems within area of responsibility.
Participate to continous improvement (environment & way of work, EHS, quality).
Participate to required training in Lessines and / or Baxter Alliance Park (Braine l’Alleud) if needed
Worktime is a day-shift. If needed and according to Pilot activities it could be that it is required to work morning / afternoon or night-shift.
Relevant laboratory / technical, writing, and computer skills.
Effectively able to contribute on a project team and to work in a matrix organization.
Knowledge of GMP required
Dynamic and results driven
Ability to use Word, Excel, e-mail.
Basic science, electrical, mechanical and / or math skills
Able to read and write English
Team orientation with good communication skills
Demonstrates flexibility and can shift gears comfortably
