This is the role
As the Global Key Account Manager (GKAM) for Personal and Home Care markets in Eastman’s Care Chemicals business, you serve as Eastman’s sales leader to drive customer strategy and lead the cross-
business global account team in generating growth and value creation for the customer and Eastman. You lead with strategic customers who are global in nature.
To effectively accomplish this, the GKAM develops account strategies, translates strategies into tactical plans and prioritized opportunities, provides guidance and alignment to the team and leads engagement with the customer.
As a natural networker, you have an intimate understanding of customers’ products, processes, and operations allowing you to address their needs more precisely and execute the joint value creation relationship between Eastman and our strategic global accounts.

This is what you bring
You hold a Bachelor degree in Chemistry, Engineering or Science, preferably combined with an MBA, and a minimum of 10 years of experience in strategic and consultative sales, selling into Personal and Health Care multinationals.
