Cummins Global Logistics Rumst has currently different systems where different departments are managing their business processes and where they have stored general and departmental information.

The group is constantly looking at continuous improvement to these systems.

The purpose of this Internship is to work with our different departments to create business applications for the needs identified.

The role in our purchasing team will involve : -

  • Helping the Sourcing Administrator with daily activities.
  • Key work in support of departmental objectives.
  • Understand the cross functional relationship with other departments such as Quality and Operations.
  • The Internship will be successful if we have engaged ALL stakeholders and provided them with a user-friendly experience and minimal interruption to their business processes.


  • Fluent in English (company language), Dutch is a plus.
  • Third year student of Office Management.
  • Proficient IT skills in Ms Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
