Position Description :

Primary Objective of Position :

The Warranty Administrator is responsible for all issues in analyzing and processing warranty claims from dealers to ensure adherence to policy and proper payment to dealers.

Key Areas of Responsibility :

  • Process warranty claims submitted by dealers
  • Monitor and minimize freight for warranty parts
  • Respond to dealers’ inquiries and emails
  • Maintain and update flat rate manuals as needed
  • Strengthen our dealer relationships by reaching out to new dealers and training them
  • Review / update early defect listings on new products
  • Evaluate and research questions regarding vendor returns
  • Monitor and follow up with questions and issues with vehicle registrations
