Ontex Consumer and Market Insights Department directly supports Ontex business strategy, product design, pricing, strategic investments and much more.

You will be instrumental in setting up and implementing the appropriate Market knowledge organization and strategy to develop, enhance and support cross-
functional Group and Divisional Ontex teams, in particular Marketing, Sales, Product innovation, Strategic Planning, as well as specific ad hoc projects with strong analytics.
MARKET INSIGHTS GENERATION
You will generate comprehensive strategic insights at Group level to support Ontex key stakeholders’ mid to long-term strategy (including Marketing & Sales, Strategy, Investors Relations, Financial Communications and M&A) and integrate Consumer & Market Insights into key business processes (Strategy Review, Innovation Review, Brand Equity Health Check) to drive strategic choices.
At least 10 years of relevant Market Intelligence work experience within an FMCG company in an international environment Extensive background and expertise with Nielsen products and services, and other Market / Consumer tools (Kantar, GFK ).
Deep expertise and experience in FMCG Marketing strategy Experience in (indirectly) managing and mentoring international teams appreciated.
