We are looking for a Subject Matter expert who can become part of the Field Operations team which manages inhome install and repair interventions for both residential and business and which manages the performance of the HFC network maintenance.
You are the key technical expert in various technical and procedural matters within the assigned network domain and work closely with Engineering, Build Service Delivery Managers and Business lines and report to the Service Delivery Manager Network.
You handle complaint escalations.
You coordinate communication by FUT and releases of new products or technologies.
You are responsible for knowledgesharing and provide 3rd line support for advanced issues encountered in the field.
You support improvements and perform a pragmatic calculated approach to prioritizing and analyzing the benefits and create the business case.
You follow up the customer experience , work together with the partner and internal departments to streamline the end to end journey.
You represent Field Operations in (project) meetings
Minimum professional bachelor or equal through experience
