Creating these insights requires a capability to source, organise and present data into meaningful insights that resonates with the business strategy of many stakeholders.
You’ll join a complex game, on a vast field, with many players, all of whom are hungry for information on how to improve.
The gameplan needs someone in the middle; not just technically skilled to serve those around you, but also a strategist that sees the bigger picture, and a coach who’s able to motivate others to change the way they’re used to playing.
You will lead the Data enablement & Reporting function that creates the data products leveraged by EMEA stakeholders to better understand and optimize Logistics Performance.
Part of this journey will be to build an intuitive self-serve reporting capability, to allow all levels of the organization to access reliable data, presented in a consistent manner.
Therefore, a core foundation of the role is to ensure data is consistent and of high quality.
You’ll succeed through intimate collaboration with Technology and peers across the end-to-end supply chain, by being responsive to stakeholder needs, but also able to challenge and influence to drive improved and pro-
active decision making and process improvements.
Successful candidates will possess strong Data Management capabilities, deep communication skills, a passion for structure and KPI’s / Metrics and robust experience with Logistics operations.
You will also have a strong Service Mindset, the ability to look End-to-End across the Value Chain and think from the Consumer.
