edge engineering. Main Responsibilities
Expose of the Lean Management philosophy - and principles in order to create an organizational culture that encourages all employees to continuously improve the SQCDME parameters.
Security, Quality, Cost, Leadtime, Motivation, Environment)
Provide support and guidelines based on the Lean methodology and the Lean program to all employees within the organization ( continuous improvement, teamwork, customer focus and reliable machines) and work in a close cooperation with all departments.
Responsibility for the CI roadmap in the section, developed in conjunction with the section team
Section lead for Engineering projects and initiatives to deliver cost, quality, people and time savings and improvements
Set priorities for improvement actions within the section.
Lead, facilitate, coordinate and implement Continuous Improvement projects within the section to include performance enhancements, quality improvements to achieve a more efficient workshop format, where the advantages and disadvantages in the different fields such as safety, quality,... must be weighed .
Support investment projects in order to develop and implement them according to the Six Sigma principles.
Lead & coach and develop your team, a trainer & CI facilitator.
Participate to daily production meetings.
Be the CI Referent and the Trainer to develop passionate & competent employees able to contribute to propagate the achievement of the business objectives and corporate values.
Build best practices to define and implement profiling the company as a model company in the biscuit industry.
Primary activities include :
Maintain and improve the MCRS system within the section, develop escalation procedures and feedback loop for CI activities
Participate in the daily production meetings
Lead Black Belt projects under the 6 sigma methodology
Plan CI objectives and coach employees to achieve them. Create the context to ensure the motivation of employees and a good flow of information : top down and bottom up.
Prepare presentations, organize networking meetings. Facilitate and organize KAIZEN workshops.
Attend and organize networking activities inside and outside the Mondelēz international group
Prepare an annual training plan production. Organize and facilitate the Learning and Development Steerco programs to monitor this plan.
Knowledge, skills and experience :
Engineering degree or similar qualification
Significant technical experience within a Manufacturing functionMin. 3 -5 years
Demonstrable experience of continuous improvement tools including 6 sigma, TPM, lean manufacturing
Black belt is a needed
Experience of leading & developing people with wide ranging skillsets
Strong influencing and relationship building skill
Experience of delivering change though others with strong project management skills
Fluent in English,
Strong Dutch capabilities (spoken and written).
