Speciality SERVICE DELIVERY and CONSULTANCY
As a Professional Services consultant in a Software Product company you are accountable and responsible for the successful delivery of our payments services and solutions to our medium to large corporate clients across North America, EMEA or Asia.
Specialized in Payments solutions and services, you are able to deliver consultancy, solutions and support to Corporations implementing or growing their payments landscape, solutions and processes.
You will join a team of 20+ professional services consultants located in Belgium, France, Poland and the US within FIS Corporate Treasury and Payments Solutions division.
You will be based in Diegem, Belgium. Regular travels (approx. 20%) to visit your clients are expected and are an integral part of the position.

Our Interview Process
After an initial and successful CV screening by our Human Resources departments and the Head of Professional Services, you will be invited for a 30-
45 min phone screening targeted at assessing you as a person and a professional. Talking with either a Recruiter or the Head of Professional Services or both and on top of answering a set of standard questions, you will be asked to provide concrete examples of your work as well as complete an online DISC assessment.
If successful, the next and final stage is a set of interviews in our offices where you will first complete a written assessment based on real life cases before meeting face to face with the Head of Professional Services, the Head of Research and Development and a senior consultant.
