You define& implement the go-to-market strategy for the ITindustry , with strong focus on EMEA and North America
Together with Regional Sales & BusinessDevelopment, Customer Experience & Product Management and our Marketingteam, you identify winning strategies forBarco to successfully manage the transition from AV to IT
You are thedriving force to build or increase brand recognition in new and existingsegments.
Your target audiences are C-level IT functions in corporations ,as well as distributors and resellers differentiating them through a strong IT focus.
Thanks to your understanding of how IT organizations in companies live and breathe, you create compelling value propositions, you setup winning marketing strategies, andyou identify the right (support) strategies for our go-to-market
You drive and coordinateIT-focused marketing & sales programs (both in channels as well as segments)
You commercialize the strategy, key messages & the valueproposition
You assess segments, channels & competitivedifferentiation & positioning to ensure a strong competitive advantage
You define required productmarketing or sales enablement materials for Barco's sales & channel teams, distributors, resellers,
You analyze results and propose corrective actions as necessary
You collaborate with Marketing Communications on events,conferences & trade shows
You have a Bachelor or Master degree and at least 5 years of experience in "IT marketing"
You haveexperience with an indirect selling approach within a B2B environment (high-tech products orsolutions) . Having experience with bringing Saas / Paas / Xaas productsto the market is an asset
You have knowledge of IT software & ITinfrastructure business
You areskilled in the development, implementation & execution of plans to generate new business (and launching new products) in targetedmarket segments
You have hands-on experience with following marketing domains : 4P's, marketing mix,marketing communication, channels-
to-market, market segmentation, valueproposition, marketing program development & execution
You are an energetic , self-starting achiever who is both strategic and operational / pragmatic .
You have excellent interpersonal,communication and listening skills .
You are analytical and able to identify key customer intentions & correspondingstrategies to achieve business results.
You are flexible and able to adapt to changing business & market requirements
You are a Belgian resident , willing to travel up to 10-20 % of your time
You preferably live in East of West Flanders (if not traveling, daily attendance in Kortrijk is requested)
