Job Details & Key Attributes
General objective - Responsibilities - Activities - Functional relations
Major job contents will focuss for 80% on the development of new flat carbon steel grades for non-automotive applications (with a focus on electrical steels, yellow and green goods, structural, construction, energy markets, domestic appliances etc).
The other 20% of the work consists of more generic knowledge building type of activities. This person will work in a project team environment, with technicians and other research engineers of the centre, with plant representatives, R&D pilots and commercial representatives.
Within the R&D centre, this person will be responsible for the management of multiple projects (planning, experimental set-
up, progress, follow-up, communication and capitalisation) .
