What you'll do :

Reporting to the Head of Sales Benelux, your main responsibility is to manage the growth of our merchant portfolio and to proactive up sell to our existing customers.

You will achieve this by building a strong relationship with the merchants while promoting and developing the usage of our Ingenico products and services.

This will include providing strategic customer solutions and achieving mutual goals. You will be based in our Brussels office, and will be expected to travel where required for client meetings and business events.

After an intensive training period, you will be an expert in Ingenico products and services, allowing you to be responsible for :

  • A full portfolio of merchants active on the Belgian market composed of high potential customers
  • Driving the growth of our customers
  • Up selling towards existing portfolio by focusing on strategic products like Collecting & Fraud management services
  • Building and managing a long term partnership with your own portfolio of clients
  • Designing and implementing a strategic account plan to detect and implement business opportunities
  • Investigating new opportunities
  • Defining and implementing a retention plan for your portfolio
  • Who you are :

    For this challenging Key Account role, we need a talented negotiator with very good communication skills. As candidate you match following requirements :

  • Seasoned experience in the payment industry or in an e-Commerce environment
  • Excellent knowledge of English, French and Dutch
  • Strong relational, communication and influencing skills
  • Excellent analytical / intellectual skills, ability to quickly understand and learn complex matters
  • Proactive, someone who takes charge
  • Mature
  • Reliable, sense of responsibility, commitment to results
  • A smart, confident individual with a professional manner is essential to this position
