Job DescriptionIn order to support its fast and sustainable growth, Eurofins Scientific is hiring for its international Talent Acquisition Team in Brussels.
As a trusted recruiting partner, you will be an ambassador of Eurofins Scientific, providing advice and guidance on sourcing strategies to attract the best candidates to the Group.
Responsibilities include : Being responsible for the Talent Acquisition / Recruitment cycle from A-Z (from draft of Position Description and Direct Search through to signature of the Offer Letter);
Leading local and remote Recruitment Researchers to generate ideas, leverage existing resources (Eurofins ATS, social media, databases and any other open sources), and share information that facilitates an effective sourcing and candidate attraction strategy;
Acting as Single Point of Contact for the Senior Leadership and working closely with the Heads of different Departments and Divisions;
Conducting recruitment interviews and providing feedback to the candidates after participating in the selection process;Working on improving candidate experience, maintaining a very close relationship to attract high-potential applicants;
Updating the recruitment database according to the sourcing process;Collaborating with the Global Talent Acquisition Managers Team in sharing and improving processes, and implementing recruitment best practices;
Balancing deadlines and deliverables for multiple searches at one time; Managing and coordinating update meetings with the internal clients.
QualificationsMinimum 3-5 years of full cycle middle-to-senior level recruitment experience in an agency (Executive Search) or corporate environment;
Experience with C-Level recruitments is a must.Master’s degree is preferable;Proficiency with applicant tracking systems;
Strong communications skills (written and verbal); Eager learner; Strong organisational and interpersonal skills; Accurate and detail-oriented;
Networking skills; able to identify outstanding candidates; Accustomed to a fast-paced environment;Entrepreneurial spirit;
