Position Description

Position Description Key customers are to be found within the chemical, petro-chemical, oil and gas, power, pharmaceutical and food industries.

This position is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual to join the Benelux Flow Control Sales team, working from your home office.

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in process-technology or mechanical engineering (A1 level).
  • A sound knowledge of valves and / or automation of valves and applications within the process industry.
  • Ability to identify and develop profitable opportunities within the chemical, petrochemical, and process industries.
  • Good French and Dutch language skills as well as English; German is an advantage.
  • 5+ Years of sales experience in Belgium, preferably in valves.
  • Work in a structured and disciplined way, especially as you will be independently working from your home office.

    Preferences

  • Outside Sales point of contact for selected customers in Belgium.
  • Responsibility for a personal sales budget, specific targets and frequent reporting.
  • Advising customers in relation to the application of the Flowserve products and accessories.
  • Maintaining customer relations and contracts.
  • Ownership & responsibility for obtaining inquiries and follow up of quotations working closely with the Inside Sales Department.
