What will you do as a Customer Service Specialist at Sortlist?
Using an innovative web application strongly connected to professional networks, Sortlist has reinvented the way in which companies of any size and location meet their marketing and communication agencies.
You will give phone support to the clients to make sure their request is mature enough for them to meet the agencies
You will make sure our clients have the best experience with our service
You will manage national and international clients and will help them understand their daily marketing needs
You will maintain an updated client base
You will do the follow-up with the clients
You will identify signs in the market that can lead to the development of new products
What’s your profile?
Bachelor’s Degree in Communication / Marketing or other similar fields
Passion for marketing, proactive and desire for learning and getting great results
Good networking skills, result oriented and good communicator
Previous experience in customer success management , communication and / or account management
Native German speaker and fluent in English ; French is a plus
