To further strengthen our Belgium Sales team we are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager who is both a strong business developer and an excellent relationship builder.

The focus of this role will be on our Premium Partners - Resellers in Belgium and Luxembourg.

The Account Manager’s responsibilities include developing long-term relationships with a portfolio of clients, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders and liaising between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs.

As an expert in smart charging, you will advise customers on how to integrate EV charging in their corporate environment, in terms of facility, engineering, HR and fleet policy, guiding them towards sustainable energy and mobility management.

A commercial and technological background and experience in selling complex solutions is a big asset.

Work location is office based in our Belgium office in Antwerp, visiting clients across the countries and working from home occasionally.

This job requires energy, self-discipline and excellent organisational skills as well as the flexibility to travel and be away from home for several days.

Your core accountabilities are to...

Onboard new clients (Hunting - 30%) and grow business with existing clients (Harvesting - 70%)

Increase market share by identifying and developing partnerships and opportunities.

Are excellent in French and Dutch as well as fluent in English

Demonstrate profound knowledge of the automotive EV market

Develop a trusted relationship with customers, focusing on customer satisfaction

Keep our CRM administration Salesforce updated and report proactively

Apply corporate standards of work, acting as a true NewMotion ambassador

Actively participate in meetings and seek continuous improvement

Cooperate with product and marketing departments, providing detailed information on your market’s requirements and any opportunities that arise from your work

The person we’re looking for will...

Have experience of

the B2B automotive market

managing an EV fleet including all aspects of charging / fueling

introducing products within a new market, achieving ground up’ increase of consumer understanding thanks to consultative selling

building trusted relationships with customers and external partners

Be skilled at

hunting and farming accounts

selling complex solutions, acting on different decisions levels

selling combined offerings integrating partners and 3rd party suppliers

overcoming human reluctance to change

communicating fluently in different languages and cultures
