Volvo Action Service has the mission within Service Market & Retail Operations to sustain high customer experience & maximum vehicle uptime to customers operating in the European & international Sales Areas.
The service is delivered through highly motivated and multilingual coordinators along with Volvo Trucks leading edge applications.
Our offices are located in Gent (Belgium), Rugby (United Kingdom) and Johannesburg (South Africa).

What you'll do
As Team Manager South you are a real people manager and have good communication and coaching skills. You enjoy having close connections with your team members, a team of roughly 15 people, and colleagues and can build an informal, fun and motivating team atmosphere.
By creating an environment of openness and trust, you provide a safe place to share ideas and encourage feedback. You are able to create engagement and can encourage people to take the lead.
You are able to multitask and can lead with passion, perform with purpose and dare to try new ways.
Creating & managing work schedules is also a key part of your role, securing team members are available at the most critical times delivering the best possible customer service.
In support of vehicle uptime, you will cooperate closely with your market(s) to secure the best customer experience.
You and your skills
As a natural people manager are you inclusive, communicative and customer focused? Do you thrive on curiosity and enjoy multitasking.
Are you results driven, have experience as a team manager, and are able to maintain the people focus that is needed? If you are fluent in French, this would be an asset.
