    PRIMARY FUNCTION & ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES :

    The PHD Agent

  • Receives, analyses and resolves queries from European AG / CE dealers related to technical parts issues. These queries are raised and replied to in a CRM environment.
  • Dealers need to receive a solid, clear and complete solution, in due time. This is established by doing profound research in engineering systems and parts cataloguing systems.

  • Building up a documentation database and share this with the rest of the team.
  • Escalate possible issues to have the dealer’s documentation completed and clarified or to have parts quality improved.
  • When needed, escalate and follow up with the responsible teams to come to a solid solution.
  • Uses his / her skills and competences to support both DPS and Windelivery to find solutions for parts availability issues.
  • Putting in place action plans to improve processes.
  • QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS :

  • Technical skills, to be able to understand the mechanical, hydraulical and electrical functioning of our machines, is preferable.
  • A healthy interest in agricultural and construction machinery is a must.

  • Spoken and written French, Dutch and English to communicate with European dealers and within the team
  • Demonstrates the ability to investigate, diagnose and resolve issues in a structured and efficient manner
  • Communicative and good stakeholder management
  • High level of computer literacy
  • Proven ability to prioritize, work independently and in a team
  • Driven, well organised, flexible and able to work under pressure
  • Customer focused and willingness to learn
