GENERAL SUMMARY OF POSITION :
The primary purpose of this role is to coordinate and manage all international employment situations in the Ansell group on a global scale, i.
e. any case where an Ansell employee or candidate crosses an international border, temporarily or permanently.
On a secondary level, this role will lead global compensation projects and / or recurrent activities
This job is based in Belgium, Brussels.
RESPONSIBILITIES & SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES
1.Policy ownership : define, review and update any Ansell policy related to international employment (international hire, extended business trip, short-term and long-term assignments, commuting, localization and permanent transfers)
and ensure compliance with Ansell policies as well as all applicable legal regulations.
3.Vendor management : define, review, track and follow-up all service level agreements related to international employment (immigration, relocation, moving of household goods, income tax, social security, and any other services which Ansell chooses to outsource)
4.Education and awareness building of all internal stakeholders around application of Ansell policies and ensuring full compliance with all applicable regulations.
5.Depending on the incumbent’s interests and capabilities, topical leadership for one or some global compensation programs (e.
g. job evaluation, grading, salary planning cycle, long-term incentive process, international employee benefits, survey vendors)
4) external vendors and all internationally mobile employees.
