We're looking for our next Strategy & Insights intern to join our Strategy & Marketplace Insights team based in our European Headquarters in Brussels.
You'll work within the team on multiple strategic projects. These projects spam across the entire spectrum of activities of the company depending on the priorities of the European Leadership Team (i.
e. Merchandising, Marketing, Retail, Wholesale or eCommerce) and will give you a true 360 view on our business.
You'll run analyses on data from quantitative researches to better understand our consumers, their current behaviors and needs and to uncover business opportunities.
You'll pull and manipulate internal data like store traffic or sales to assess how different store format or product categories are performing and support our retail and merchandising teams
You'll look across multiple sources of secondary data (like Euromonitor, Edited or other external reports) to further enrich our current knowledge and answer specific questions from the markets.
You'll support the team in the daily management of our customer satisfaction program.
You'll summarize your researches into powerful PowerPoint presentations for the European Leadership Team.
You'll structure an intern council composed of all other interns across the region to come up with new ideas and bring your perspective on the Leadership’s key priorities.
Start date : as soon as possible for 6 to 12 months.
You have minimum a Master's degree in (or still studying) Business, Management, Economics or any related studies or you have finished your studies within last year.
You like to analyse data and enjoy solving qualitative and quantitative problems and suggest improvements.
You enjoy working in team and you like to collaborate with different partners.
MS Office does not have mysteries for you, particularly Excel (like pivot tables and vlookups) and PowerPoint. Tableau and Alteryx are always a plus.
You are curious and a fast-learner and you enjoy being involved on projects with multiple departments with very different backgrounds.
You are fluent in English, across both written and spoken communication.
