  • Head of the Commercial Underwriting department & MMCD to ensure a sustainable growth and optimize the internal sales processes.
  • Liaise between different MMCD teams and provide proactive support in case of new policies, extended or renewed.
  • Develop and implement the right strategy related to prices variation, pricing based on risk and sales to maximize profitability.
  • Refine and continuously improve existing standards regarding underwriting
  • Ensure profitability and long-term quality of the customers' portfolio over the long term for all credit insurance-related products

  • Supervise and manage the implementation of Commercial Underwriting standards properly at BU level
  • Develop a check list allowing to structure complex contractual agreements with customers
  • Specify the development and / or adjustment guidelines related to new products from the underwriting perspective
  • Facilitate business development by providing sales force solutions under the Commercial Underwriting rules
  • Boost the quality and profitability of the portfolio over the long term
  • Approve the terms of new or adjusted products
  • Supervise all underwriting activities and the policy setting and optimize the acquisition and renewal process
  • Determine a qualitative and comprehensive rating process since the determination of the terms, including the Risk Based Pricing, price fixing by taking into account the risk.
  • Review and actively control the policies underwritten by the sales department
  • Implement underwriting standards in Salesforce
  • Engage personally in the management and underwriting of major accounts
