As BD / Network Manager you'll be responsible for the strategy & operations of the market & will animate the service prodivers network (electricians, plumbers, locksmiths).

My client provides to customer assistance services for home with high level of quality engagement. Services such as electricity, plumbing, locksmith, etc.
Listed on the stock market, the company has an international presence. On top of that, the atmosphere within the company is similar to a "start-up way of working" with employees who are sharing the same values : ambition, autonomy, entrepreneurship, high-level of motivation, passion, adaptability, goals oriented.
Today, the company is not active on the Belgian market yet. It is the reason why we're looking for a network manager to develop the market from scratch.
As Business Development / Network Manager your main responsibilities will be to :
Analyze the market of the service providers (electricians, plumbers, locksmiths)
Analyze the average costs on the market & identify the impacts on the company's activity
Negotiate the pricing with service providers
Analyze the Belgian rules to ensure the conformity of the company's services
Identify the market needs to develop the appropriate service providers network that fit with the company's guidelines
Develop the service agreements & quality chart together with the legal department
Animate the network & ensure its activity's reporting by implementing KPI's such as the analyze of the costs, the performance & quality of the interventions
Be on the field on a regular basis to collect feedbacks in order to implement action & improvement plans
Coach the service providers on the company's tools & processes
Ensure the service providers are up to date on the administrative side (insurances, certifications, etc.)
Manage punctual audit on the field
Develop & implement processes to manage the network
Be flexible & available in case of intervention's issues (even during the weekend)
Be the ambassador of the company, manage litigation with key stakeholders
Monitor the interventions management by a monthly follow up with the assistance department in order to share information & improve the quality service

The successful candidate will have the following qualities :
Fluent in Dutch, French - English is a real asset
Proven track record in network & business development / management
Experience in sales negotiations
Network in the following market is a big asset : electricians, plumbers, locksmiths, etc.
Analytical & operational mindset - the person will mainly be on the field at the beginning
Entrepreneur, autonomous, ambitious, adaptive mindset
High level of motivation
Goals & solutions oriented & long-term vision
Excellent communication & presentation skills - ability to communicate with every type of stakeholders
