About the role
For our Belgium subsidiary in Global Human Health based in Brussels, we are currently looking for a Junior Brand & Customer Manager Vaccines who will be responsible for implementing commercial omnichannel strategies and digital campaigns across the Belgian market to Healthcare Professionals & Consumers and building action plans accordingly.
This is a permanent, full-time role based in our office in Brussels with a flexible working policy in place.

The Commercial team consists of 8 marketing / sales professionals all having a cross-species role working for the Benelux.
Great collaboration within our team but also working closely cross functional with other departments are key for success!
Support the development and adoption of omnichannel promotional campaigns in alignment with the strategic plan and in close collaboration with the cross-functional Vaccines team and within given budget
Create, source and build original content for Sales Representative materials, website, emails, broadcast campaigns, social media and other platforms
Work closely with the senior Brand & Customer managers and Customer Engagement Specialist to evolve digitally led campaigns that are integrated across channels and tailored to customer needs
Adapt centrally generated content for Belgium specific market and customer needs and close collaboration with regional teams to continuously improve engagement impact
Project manage the content approval process internally and with digital agencies
Analyze local market to understand and articulate the Customer Buying Process and identify commercial opportunities, identify and manage customer barriers and drivers
Engage actively in Commercial Meetings (Sales and marketing) and advocate the omnichannel strategy
Act as a digital specialist Define measurable goals and set benchmarks for digital performance that ladder up to overall brand goals
Define KPI’s and use data analytics to develop appropriate tracking and measuring of impact and engagement of tactics and activities to secure continuous optimization
Evaluate and build up new communication channels
Human Health Division

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Marketing, Communications or Public Relations with a specialization in Digital Marketing or a life science background with relevant experience
Engagement and hands-on experience in the digital world (eg. Social Media Platforms, digital Marketing, etc.) and roll out of B2B or B2C campaigns in the pharmaceutical industry or preferably other strongly regulated industries or marketing agency
Experience with vaccines brands is of advantage
Strong communication and collaborative skills and the ability to effectively work both independently and within a team environment
Ability to translate science into easy to communicate language
Understanding of strategic approaches and proactive, can do attitude
Fluency in French, Dutch and English
