You visit the hairdressing salons and offer the products in a professional way. You will be present at trade shows and / or commercial events.
Within your territory you develop a network of premium customers / salons. You work in collaboration with headquarters and provide pro-active follow-up.
You give the necessary commercial, training and marketing support (assortment, POS material, training, ...) to your customers.
Developing a profitable and mutually beneficial relationship with your customers is key.
You manage all customer information, sales, calender and visit reports.
You will report to the Full Service Sales Manager
You have a higher education (Bachelor of Master) and an interesting first sales experience in selling luxury goods of a couple of years.
You are an energetic, enthusiastic and motivated person. You have a commercial flair , sense of fashion and proven success in relationship management and creating customer loyalty.
You have a strong sense of numbers and a basic understanding of P&L thinking. You know the financial drivers of the hairdressing business.
You communicate fluently in French, German, Englisch and Letzburger.
You organize your work on an independent basis and you master the necessary MS Office applications.
