You will be working as a Customer Care & Project Management intern in the After Sales Department at Bosch Thermotechnology Belgium in Mechelen.
Your main responsibility will be to support in improvement projects on various topics, related to customer service. You will collaborate with different departments in order to find new innovative solutions.
This internship position will support you in developing your project management skills. The job also entails supporting the customer care team, where you may have direct contact with clients, helping them in finding solutions to their questions.
You will develop / improve your creative, analytical and communication skills.
You are currently a student (International Business Management, Marketing, Economical Studies & Social Sciences, etc.) and you are interested in Project Management and After Sales services.
You have gained some practical experience and you are confident in taking an active and creative approach. You have excellent communication skills and you are able to work in a team.
Furthermore you are very well-organised and flexible and you can work independently and efficiently.
You have practical knowledge of IT systems / MS Office (especially MS PowerPoint & MS Excel). Fluency in English is mandatory and native Dutch skills are a big plus.
If you are a student enrolled in a Belgian University / College you will be granted travel reimbursement and meal vouchers.
If you are a student enrolled in a University / College outside of Belgium (or if you are available for a voluntary internship outside of your university curriculum) you will be granted an allowance of € 850 / month.
