Your mission is to ensure we bring relevant solutions to the market faster by guiding ideas from origination to go-to-
market and scaling (using the PACE-methodology ( ING’s way to innovate (based upon Lean Start Up, Agile Scrum & Design Thinking)
To bring relevant solutions, you will coach teams end-to-end, covering the funnel from discovery, problem / solution / market fit to scaling.
You will help the teams throughout the journey of validated learning, setting up experiments, etc.
To go to the market faster, your responsibilities will include unblocking impediments and challenging existing business processesAnd / or (*)Innovation driver :
Working together with specific business areas to identify new opportunities as well as tackle (customer) pain points by exploring new business models and technologies
Developing expertise in ING’s innovation focus areas and the underlying emerging technologies
