The International Sales Manager is responsible for the commercial development in a specific business segment. This function is responsible over a group of sales representatives working inside and outside.
The geographical scope covers the complete European / international market. The objective of this role is to grow the business segment in terms of revenues (by keeping customers satisfied, selling more on existing products, increasing value / price over time, creating new products, etc.
and profitability (by negotiating terms and conditions, optimizing production schemes, increasing fill rates, etc.). In order to get to these objectives, the sales process implementation is a key lever.
This sales process includes the creation and follow up of account plans, follow-up on sales funnel approach, and installing an adequate order-to-cash steering.
Finally the Segment Leader is building and implementing the commercial strategy in order to reach the company targets set-out in the business plan.
