In this job, you are a member of the marketing team. You are in charge of our portfolio within the category modern premium beers and ciders, more specifically Desperados, Strongbow and Heineken.
Your main focus will be on Desperados, the iconic nightlife &party beverage of the Millennial Generation, and Strongbow, the upcoming trendy apero.
You ensure profitable growth of these unique and strategic brands. Through communication and activation, you ensure continuous growth of brand equity and uniqueness.
To do this successfully, you draw on your sensitivity to the social environment of young adults (18-25 / 25-35) and your broad experience in brand management for iconic FMCG brands.
In addition, you are responsible for developing new product propositions in modern premium beers and ciders. You report to the Marketing Director.
You are responsible for translating consumer insights into strategies that drive the category, the portfolio and the brands, in order to further increase competitive advantage.
You define a long-term brand strategy in order to achieve the equity & ROI objectives.
Together with the Global Brands team, you identify and launch powerful campaigns and innovations to guarantee long-term growth.
You develop an efficient communication strategy and campaigns in line with our Enjoy Responsibly’ vision.
You ensure a perfect alignment towards channel and customer strategies.
You give advice in order to achieve the best possible Route to Market, and to turn our modern premium beers into a success story.
You have a master’s degree in Economics or Marketing.
You have at least 8 years professional experience, with at least 5 years in brand management for a leading iconic brand, ideally targeted towards young adults.
You are very experienced in the digital and social media, and you keep up to date with new trends.
You are a creative entrepreneur, experienced in positioning brands and defining strategy.
You are experienced in leadership and have the necessary people and coaching skills.
You are a love brand marketer with good sensitivity to the social environment of the Millennial Generation.
You are an innovative challenger who continuously reinvents both himself and the market.
You are analytical and able to think conceptually.
You are a team player.
