You are in charge of developing, implementing and monitoring digital processes for our B2B clients. These tailor-made projects aim at improving our services and our exchanges with customers (including the customer journey, reporting and data exchange processes).

An understanding and meticulous approach is a considerable asset when implementing digital solutions in line with customer needs.


Project Manager Customer Relations


Develop and improve processes related to support services

For the support services we offer to our B2B customers :

  • Ensure that new assistance products have feasible, simple and innovative processes
  • Review and analyze the implementation of new support services to improve their efficiency
  • In collaboration with internal teams, define digital solutions to facilitate the implementation and monitoring of customer service
  • Continuously update existing procedures in order to make them more fluid
  • Take into account the comments received from the operational teams and the customers when defining your recommended solutions
  • Disseminate the defined processes

    By communicating with support managers, team leaders and partners, you list the procedures / practices that have not yet been formalized in order to :

  • Draw up roadmaps
  • Monitor the processes in place, analyze their effectiveness and make necessary adjustments
  • Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3 to 5 years of professional experience in a similar position
  • Trilingual : Dutch, French and English
  • Experience in Project management
  • Basic knowledge of insurance and assistance contracts is a plus
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and Visio
  • Knowledge of Business Object
  • Analytical skills
  • Customer-oriented
  • Attention to detail and understanding
  • Excellent communication skills both oral and written
  • Comfortable with having discussions with IT, Marketing and Sales, both internally and externally with our customers
