We are looking to hire a Dutch speaking Associate with at least 5 years' experience in Business Criminal Law to join our top tier- insolvency team team in Belgium.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Lawyer within the Litigation and Restructuring department in our Brussels office, you will be responsible for providing a wide range of services to our clients.
You will be tasked with preparing legal advice and developing your talents as a business criminal lawyer and litigator before the Belgian courts.
In collaboration with the Partners, you will assist our clients and advise them on strategic advice with regards to business criminal law, criminal procedure law and liability law.

We do not set upper or lower limits of PQE for any of our vacancies. We have however given an indicative PQE as an approximate guide for applicants.
Candidates who have 5 years' PQE are likely to have the right level of knowledge and have gained the right level of experience needed to be able to undertake this role.
