We are primarily operating from Belgium, Netherlands, Germany, Sweden and Romania. As a true scale-up nurturing an entrepreneurial spirit, MobileXpense relies on a young and highly motivated crowd of diverse background and training.

We are currently looking for new talent to reinforce our team. If you love finding new business opportunities and negotiating contracts, this job is for you! You’ll be directly responsible for the expansion of our customer base in your region, whereby you drive the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to closed sales.

You successfully develop new relationships and carry out all activities required to ensure a pipeline of orders and a client base in line with agreed overall business and personal targets.

As a key member of our team you will actively play a role in identifying new market opportunities, and creating the context to achieve each opportunity.

Your interaction with customers and your ability to understand their requirements will be essential elements for success.

We are expecting you to have skills and a proven experience in new business sales in a comparable industry (SaaS, Fintech, Enterprise Sales), that you are self-

driven and result oriented. This position requires regular travel. With a strong focus on new business sales, your objectives include : Researching the market and identifying potential target customer Generating business leads and following up on sales opportunities Building and maintaining strong, long-

lasting customer relationships based on trust and respect Communicating with potential customers in order to understand their needs and explain product value Managing the entire sales cycle, arranging meetings with clients, carrying out product demonstrations, responding to pricing requests, negotiating commercials and legal terms Working to monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPI’s Attending industry events in order to generate business leads Conducting all sales activities with the highest degree of professionalism and integrity Maintain a high level of relevant domain knowledge in order to have meaningful conversations with prospects Deliver throughout the sales cycle, this includes making presentations to senior managers and decision makers, delivering demos, creating offers and where needed respond to RFPs Work with our product specialists where required to address customer requirements Develop and maintain territory plans which outline how sales targets will be met on an ongoing basis Develop and maintain key account plans that identify opportunities for company to deliver value, strategic motivators, main stakeholders, buying processes and forecasted sales Document and track opportunity progress in our CRM (Salesforce), whereby you keep detailed notes on prospect interactions and provide forecasts over relevant time periods Provide feedback to company management on market trends, competitive threats, unmet needs, and opportunities to deliver greater value to customers by extending company offerings You are eager and learn fast You are a true hunter with a proven track record of achieving sales quota You have the ability to develop an outstanding product and domain knowledge You have a high level of interpersonal, presentation and excellent verbal and written communication skills You are fluent in English You are familiar with CRM software (e.
