What you will do :

Are you ready for a new opportunity as our Digital Marketing Manager?

As Digital Marketing Manager you are responsible for implementing the online strategy for Fabory Belgium. Creating brand awareness, generating traffic and sales at set ROI targets are key aspects of the role.

You use data as key driver to optimize efforts in the different acquisition and retention channels, and provide insights to increase webshop conversion and order values.

You will determine which digital campaigns we set up and you can analyse the results in a substantive way. You think in terms of customer journeys and work on getting the right message across to the right customer at the right time.

You will play a key role in the change management process of our B2B customers focusing on digital sales.

Your main work location will be Antwerp / Turnhout office(s) with weekly visits to Tilburg (where needed).

In more detail you will :

  • Ensure that our customers find their way to our website and change their mindset towards digital sales (grow volumes digitally and touchless);
  • Be responsible for the Belgian online strategy for digital acquisition, conversion, retention & adoption across multiple sales channels;
  • Monitor and report the performance for all digital communications across all channels;
  • Convert data into insight and give advise based on web analytics;
  • Be managing the ROI’s for the different online marketing campaigns;
  • Be using these statistics to influence and grow the digital activity in the Belgian market;
  • Be using customer insights captured from our system to maximize online marketing opportunities;
  • Develop the online marketing approach for the Belgian market;
  • Contribute to the development of the e-commerce platform to increase conversion;
  • Act as an online brand guardian ensuring consistent interfaces across all platforms;
  • Plan digital marketing campaigns including web, SEO / SEM, email, social media & display advertising.
  • What you’ll need to become successful :

  • Bachelor or Master’s Degree in marketing, communication, or other relevant study;
  • Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in digital marketing, ideally in B2B and B2C;
  • Excellent Dutch and business knowledge in French and English;
  • Commercial, entrepreneurial and analytical mindset;
  • Excellent eye for detail;
  • Experience with SEO, SEM, affiliate marketing, price comparison platforms, marketplaces, and email marketing;
  • Social media experience is a plus;
  • Commercial eCommerce experience and understanding of digital business;
  • Data driven, customer focused, proactive, creative & innovative;
  • Up to date understanding & working knowledge of current marketing tools & strategies and able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution;
  • Able to understand, translate & implement Google analytics data and reporting;
  • Experience in setting up & optimizing Google campaigns;
  • Be available to travel to Tilburg on a weekly basis.
