As Account Manager your main responsibilities will include :
Developing new accounts
Maintaining strong & long term relationships with your clients (B2B & public sector)
Having a national scope
Developing a business plan & a commercial strategy in close collaboration with your management
Having a consultative approach & understanding the needs of your clients
Working closely with internal stakeholders (creative & design teams) in order to deliver a tailor made solution
Directly presenting the projects to your clients
Proactively following the trends of the market and proposing new projects & initiatives to your clients
Being 50% on the field & 50% at the office for the development of projects

The successful candidate will have the following qualities :
Fluent in Dutch, French, English
Experience in the media sector or within an agency
Experience in selling tailor made solutions & projects
Real sales profile - both hunting & farming
Solid presentation & communication skills (both written & oral)
Strong interpersonal skills
Project management skills
Results, business & solution oriented
