As Digital Marketing Lead you are a key member of the Digital Experience Team, taking the sole responsibility to drive growth and have a significant impact on the growth of the business.
You will organize the way we work with agencies and act as a partner towards other departments by driving local and global projects.
Core responsibilities :
Defining digital marketing strategy and developing roadmaps to achieve short and long term growth objectives;
Taking on all facets of digital marketing activities including budgeting, forecasting, planning and optimization and reporting within defined scope;
Striving for a maximum conversion ratio, top quality SEO content, navigation structure and the best SEO visibility of the website;
Consistently analyzing and optimizing existing paid media channels performance while troubleshooting and testing campaign elements as needed;
Leading the external digital agency by providing clear direction and reprioritization of tasks and deliverables;
Developing and sharing best practices and guidelines to permeate digital marketing knowledge across the organization;
Providing oversight and working closely with several experts such as SEO Specialists, Marketing Automation Specialists,.. across the globe;
Taking the lead in cross-departemental exciting projects that will broaden your horizon.
Who are we looking for?
7+ years of experience in a similar role or related experience;
You have experience with analyzing, setting up and managing multiple international paid media campaigns. Google Adwords has no secrets for you;
You are an expert in Search Engine Optimization (SEO). From analysis, to advice formulation to implementation;
Passionate about following developments in the digital marketing landscape;
Experience in managing several projects & accounts simultaneously;
You are a team player who thinks about the collective result and has a flexible attitude;
You can look at things from a business perspective, and you have a data-driven growth mindset;
Strong communication skills are essential to convey new digital evolutions within the organization.
