Pricing and Business Analyst
Key responsabilities :
Pricing administration / support (50%)
First point of contact for the creation of chocolate quotations and chocolate contracts
Maintain on a daily basis the pricing database for the Industrial customers and Artisan customers in the ERP
Update the price list following the raw materials, the production costs and the transfer prices evolution
Support the pricing manager to implement the pricing strategy
Financial analyzes and reporting (25%)
Perform analyzes on different fields such as freight costs, marketing cost, service level, production costs
Create the monthly data base including the sales figures of the month and share it with the management team
Run different calculations to share with the Group
Prepare the comments of the monthly result based mainly on the variance between the actuals and the budget on the volume, the sales and the costs
Being able to create reports including the necessary information with different BI tools used in the group (Lumira, Cognos, Power BI, )
Becoming the reports specialist and being the first point of contact with the BI group team
Report the stock variance allocated to the sales organization
Reports every quarter confidential information to external organization
Process Improvement (25%)
Documentation and improvement of the processes across all channels following the guidelines of the customer service manager
Documents and maintain these documents up to date
Who are we looking for?
You have a Bachelor or Master in Finance, Economics or a related field.
A first relevant experience is a great plus.
You speak fluent English and Dutch or French.
You have good knowledge of Excel (formula’s, pivot tables, macro’s ), knowledge of SAP and BI is an advantage.
Further you are a great analyst, are good at keeping an overview and critical thinker : Identify issues, flag risks and propose solutions
