RoleYour mission is to identify market needs, promote and sell Fluxys Belgium’s infrastructure as well as Fluxys Belgium’s service offering by acting as the central point of contact in the management of commercial activities and processes between customers, prospects or counterparties and Fluxys Belgium.

  • You also act as a commercial single point of contact for adjacent TSO’s (Transmission System Operator).You inform, instruct, advise and support the customers of your portfolio on commercial matters (services offered by Fluxys Belgium), under the applicable legislative and regulatory framework;
  • You are responsible for the day-to-day management of contracts as well as for the monitoring of your customers’ portfolio;
  • You ensure continuous interaction between the Sales Department and other internal departments with a view to developing or modifying the commercial model and the services offered to customers, striving to strike an ideal balance between the market's needs and Fluxys Belgium service offering;
  • As part of developing Fluxys Belgium's customer portfolio, you proactively approach prospects and analyse the technical and economic feasibility of their needs so as to promote, if necessary, the development of new services and / or the construction of additional infrastructure;
  • You maintain contacts with neighbouring transmission grid operators and you facilitate commercial and operational discussions with the support of colleagues from other departments.

  • ProfileYou hold a Master’s Degree in Civil or Business Engineering, Economics or Law;You have less than three years of professional experience;
  • You are dedicated, customer- and solutions focused;You are assertive with excellent communication skills and effective negotiation skills;
  • You are eager to adopt an innovative approach and to take targeted initiatives;You are able to present information in a synthetic way;
  • You have strong analytical skills;You are fluent in Dutch and French with a good knowledge of English;You have a good mastering of the Microsoft Office applications.
